WARRANTY INFORMATION

5 Year Warranty
TeachLogic infrared products are warranted to be free of defects in workmanship and material for a period of 5 years from date of original purchase, subject to the following conditions:
This warranty excludes defects caused by normal wear, abuse, shipping damage, or failure to use a product in accordance of intended use and as per instructions. This warranty is void if unit is defaced deeming it non sellable, damage occurred as result of misuse, if product has been repaired or modified by anyone not authorized by TeachLogic. Batteries and cables are warranted for a period of 1 year. This warranty is only available to the original end purchaser of the product and cannot be transferred. The laws of the state of California, U.S.A, govern terms of the warranty.
3 Year Warranty
TeachLogic UHF products are warranted to be free of defects in workmanship and material for a period of 3 years from date of original purchase, subject to the following conditions: This warranty excludes defects caused by normal wear, abuse, shipping damage, or failure to use a product in accordance of intended use and as per instructions. This warranty is void if unit is defaced deeming it non-sellable, damage occurred as result of misuse, if product has been repaired or modified by anyone not authorized by TeachLogic. CD player, batteries and cables are warranted for a period of 1 year. This warranty is only available to the original end purchaser of the product and cannot be transferred. The laws of the state of California, U.S.A, govern terms of the warranty.
In the first ninety days after purchase, any defective product will be replaced with a new unit. After ninety days, TeachLogic will, at its own discretion either repair or replace the unit with a new unit or a unit of similar type and condition. TeachLogic will only accept returned products with prepaid shipping and with a return authorization number. To receive a return authorization number call 760-631-7800.
